Optimización de los procesos productivos, aplicando la filosofía Just in Time, al micronegocio “Mis Dulces Momentos”.

Abstract

This practical application project focuses on the optimization of production processes in the microbusiness Mis Dulces Momentos through the application of the Just In Time philosophy, with the objective of improving the operational efficiency of the microbusiness and in turn reducing the amount of waste since these generate an additional cost, therefore, it affects its profitability. To know the deficits presented by the microbusiness, a field investigation will be carried out since to obtain first hand information it will be necessary to physically observe the management of the inventory, to support the collection of information two techniques will be used, which are observation and interview. Once the information has been collected and the failures in inventory management have been detected, an inventory model developed in Microsoft Excel will be selected, in which macros, functions, and conditionals that allow the resources to make up the inventory of the microbusiness Mis Dulces Momentos to be carried out in an optimal and safe way, preventing them from deteriorating over time and therefore their use does not give the expected results, lowering the quality of the products. Finally, to verify that this method generates results, KPIs will be used which will allow to know the performance of the microbusiness Mis Dulces Momentos, which will facilitate the evaluation of results and if necessary, implement corrections preventing them from becoming major problems.
