Resumen:
The present degree work is based on the Design of an internal control system in theEloy
Alfaro Delgado in the South Private Elementary School, located in the Guamaní sector, which
will allow it to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in its operations both administrative and
financial of the School, having an objectivity to offer a good education to its students and to the
whole community in general.
This study is carried out within the descriptive and analytical investigations since through
the interpretation, analysis, observation, comparison and description of the variables it has been
established that there is a significance and relationship between them.
The proposed Internal Control System should analyze functions and procedures so that
staff are clear about their functions, in the institution, obtaining greater effectiveness inthe
development of staff activities to achieve adequate management in all defined areas.
The application and analysis of research techniques such as survey and the interview
allowed us to determine the different activities carried out by the employees andthe quality with
which they carry out their work, thus seeking to guide the institution in itsschool environment
and promote its environmental development.
It begins with the research work of this research based on the control activities that
should be used, then an instrument of information collection is applied to school workers and
students, this in order to know the possible sources of risk Internal Control System, andthus
generate a suitable job.

El presente trabajo de titulación se basa en el Diseño de un sistema de control interno en
la Escuela de Educación Básica particular Eloy Alfaro Delgado del Sur, ubicado en el sector de
Guamaní, el cual le permitirá lograr eficiencia y efectividad en sus operaciones tanto
administrativas como financieras de la Escuela, teniendo una objetividad de brindar una buena
educación a sus estudiantes y a toda la comunidad en general.
Este estudio está efectuado dentro de las investigaciones descriptivas y analíticas ya que
por medio de la interpretación, análisis, observación, comparación y descripción de las variables
se ha establecido que hay una significación y relación entre ellas.
El Sistema de Control Interno propuesto debe analizar las funciones y procedimientos
para que el personal tenga claras sus funciones, en la institución, obteniendo mayor efectividad
en el desarrollo de las actividades del personal para lograr una adecuada gestión en todas las
áreas definidas.
La aplicación y análisis de las técnicas de investigación tales como la encuesta y la
entrevista permitió determinar las diferentes actividades que realizan los empleados y la calidad
con que estos efectúan sus labores, procurando de esta manera, encaminar a la Institución en su
ámbito escolar y promover su desarrollo ambiental.
Se inicia con la investigación de labor de esta investigación en base a las actividades de
control que se deberían utilizar, seguidamente se aplica un instrumento de recolección de
información a los trabajadores y estudiantes de la escuela, esto con el fin de conocer las posibles
fuentes de riesgo Sistema de Control Interno, y así generar un trabajo adecuado.
