Abstract

The present degree work is based on the Design of an internal control system in theEloy Alfaro Delgado in the South Private Elementary School, located in the Guamaní sector, which will allow it to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in its operations both administrative and financial of the School, having an objectivity to offer a good education to its students and to the whole community in general. This study is carried out within the descriptive and analytical investigations since through the interpretation, analysis, observation, comparison and description of the variables it has been established that there is a significance and relationship between them. The proposed Internal Control System should analyze functions and procedures so that staff are clear about their functions, in the institution, obtaining greater effectiveness inthe development of staff activities to achieve adequate management in all defined areas. The application and analysis of research techniques such as survey and the interview allowed us to determine the different activities carried out by the employees andthe quality with which they carry out their work, thus seeking to guide the institution in itsschool environment and promote its environmental development. It begins with the research work of this research based on the control activities that should be used, then an instrument of information collection is applied to school workers and students, this in order to know the possible sources of risk Internal Control System, andthus generate a suitable job.
