Diseño e implementación de estrategias basadas en las metodologías 5S como herramientas de crecimiento microempresarial del “CYBER ROBAYO”.

Abstract

The microenterprise CYBER ROBAYO, was founded as a natural person on January 13, 2014. It is located in the city of Quito, specifically in San Fernando de Guamaní. Since the beginning of its activities there has been a disorganization in areas and departments, so a qualitative methodology was applied, in order to collect information to understand the current situation and thus propose appropriate strategies. As a tool for growth, a proposal was designed based on the implementation of the 5'S methodology. Likewise, the application of strategies such as classify, order, clean, standardize and self discipline, based on the 5S methodology for its simplicity, was proposed to be applied to the work environments of CYBER ROBAYO in a short period of time, to organize unnecessary elements and segregate them to be discarded at the appropriate time, thus avoiding that they distort a systematic work. In order to achieve this, a survey was made to the employees and with the information obtained, all the problems that cause the delay of the activities were identified, so the implementation of the 5S methodology was proposed to solve the main problems and inconveniences found in the microenterprise. Finally, two activity schedules were established for the implementation of the 5S methodology, the first one based on the activities and creation of a committee to comply with the second program, which is structured in the application of all the tasks, concerning classifying, ordering, cleaning, standardizing and self discipline.
