Abstract

The objective of this practical work is to develop a web module of connection with society for the Instituto Superior Tecnológico Vida Nueva by optimizing processes and guaranteeing the security of the information through the MySQL database manager To store information within a database it is necessary to establish the different requirements and processes involved in the module as well as to establish the different relationships between the tables of the system, ensuring the security of the information, and the proper execution of processes when making a query to the database server By means of different programming languages such as PHP and JavaScript, it was possible to establish all the processes with an adequate operation to satisfy the user s needs In addition, using the html tags language together with different CSS styles, it was possible to develop an interactive and user friendly interface for an easy manipulation of the different components Through the creation of forms and query tables, the user can easily and safely manage the different records stored in the module since each section has a CRUD to manipulate the required information, you can also generate both pdf and Excel reports for a better understanding of the different data stored on the server The module of connection with society has two profiles the administrator profile that can create and manipulate the different projects and the student profile that can visualize the different reports of the projects in which he she participated and was approved.
