Abstract:
This study is based on the need to have a process manual in the company Metalarco, so that the tasks and activities can be standardized, optimizing the time and process takes, so that the amount of production can be measured in exact time, avoiding the waste of resources that affect the production in general.
The company Metalarco does not have a process manual for threading rotary connections, which optimizes threading process times, which is why there are difficulties in the performance of the area, as well as operational inefficiency since workers routinely know the processes, but do not have a document that supports the information. To address this problem, a process manual was created that details the procedures that are carried out, the person responsible, the role that exactly fulfills and above all that the API specification 71 is verified to ensure the efficiency of the processes seeking continuous improvement for the company.
In this study it was applied the quantitative methodology that allows to take data, analyze and tabulate them according to the results obtained in the surveys carried out in the company. The purpose of the manual is to provide the company, specifically to new workers in the threading area, with orientation and knowledge of the process they must follow, the tasks and activities they must perform in order to reduce errors and increase quality by having clear parameters established.

El presente estudio está basado en la necesidad de contar un con manual de procesos en la empresa Metalarco, para que se puedan estandarizar las tareas y actividades optimizando el tiempo que se tarde un proceso, para que así se pueda medir la cantidad de producción en tiempo exacto, evitando el desperdicio de recursos que afecten a la producción en general.
La empresa Metalarco, no cuenta con un manual de procesos del roscado de conexiones rotarias, que optimicen los tiempos de elaboración del roscado motivo por el cual se presenta dificultades en el desempeño del área, así como también hay una ineficiencia operativa ya que los trabajadores conocen de manera rutinaria los procesos, pero no cuentan con un documento que respalde la información. Para abordar este problema se creó un manual de procesos que detalla los procedimientos que se realizan, la persona responsable, el rol que exactamente cumple y sobre todo que se verifique las API especificación 71 que garanticen la eficiencia del proceso buscando una mejora continua para la empresa.
En este estudio se aplicó la metodología cuantitativa que permite tomar datos, analizarlos y tabularlos de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos en las encuestas realizadas en la empresa. el propósito del manual es proveer a la empresa específicamente a los trabajadores nuevos del área de roscado orientación y conocimiento del proceso que deben seguir, las tareas y actividades que deben cumplir para reducir los errores aumentando la calidad al tener parámetros establecidos claros.
