Abstract:
The current degree project is about the fulfillment of a Marketing Mix plan, for Doña Margarita business. A market research was properly implemented, in which significant data were obtained in order to support the establishment of commercial strategies. Through the bibliographically made technical assistance, there were different defined concepts, this allowed to identify the setting in which the organization unfolds in distinct commercial matters that permitted the establishment of improvements in the sale point. The descriptive concluding investigation was made through the use of information gathering techniques, attaining to get the valid and necessary information in order to design innovative and creative strategies. In the same way, for the qualitative research an interview to the proprietary was applied, this due to the necessity to obtain information regarding the restaurant. In the physical evidence of the 4 P of marketing the following was suggested increase two star dishes and modify the slogan’s restaurant in the product, in the price there will be a products values estimate to the elaboration of dishes with new suppliers, thus keeping the prices and lowering costs and increasing the quality, in the marketplace it was implemented the restructuring of the establishment, creating an adequate and favorable atmosphere, in the advertising typical dishes will be captured by social media and finally economic feasibility will be established.

El presente proyecto de titulación consiste en la realización de un plan de Marketing Mix, para la empresa Doña Margarita. Se ejecutó debidamente una investigación de mercados, en la cual se obtuvieron datos muy importantes, siendo de gran ayuda para el establecimiento de estrategias comerciales. Mediante el sustento técnico realizado bibliográficamente se determinó diferentes conceptos, que permitió identificar el entorno en el cual se desenvuelve la organización en distintos temas comerciales que permitieron el establecimiento de mejoras en el punto de venta. La investigación concluyente descriptiva se realizó mediante el uso de técnicas de recolección de información, logrando obtener la información necesaria y válida para el diseño de estrategias creativas e innovadoras. Así mismo, para la investigación cualitativa se aplicó una entrevista al propietario, debido a la necesidad de obtener la información respecto al restaurante. En la evidencia física de las 4 P del marketing se propuso lo siguiente en el producto incrementar dos platos estrellas y modificar el slogan del restaurante, en el precio se podrá cotizar valores de productos para la elaboración de los platos con nuevos proveedores, así manteniendo los precios y bajando costos e incrementando la calidad, en la plaza se implementó la remodelación del establecimiento, creando un ambiente propicio y adecuado, en la promoción se podrá plasmar los platos típicos mediante redes sociales y finalmente se establecerá la viabilidad financiera.
