Abstract:
For the execution of roofs over large spaces, metal structure solutions are usually used, such as the roofs of sports facilities and industrial or commercial spaces. In these cases, the main challenge for the designer is to create a structural solution that meets all the design, architectural and execution requirements at the lowest possible cost. For this reason, the objective of this project is to design a metallic structure with a bridge crane with a capacity of 1 ton for the dismantling of different strenuous works and weight lifting, which is carried out in the workshop metal structural solutions, this proposed construction system allows the built surface to be durable and resistant to the passage of time, contributing to a greater social and sustainable growth. In addition to the installed structure, a bridge crane was fabricated and installed with welding instructions and a general hoisting plan that will allow readers to study the work method designed in this project. The research methodology used in this work was descriptive, where through surveys to students of industrial mechanics and companies within the guild was identified the importance of carrying out construction projects with metal structures that contain a good work instructions to perform a comprehensive work, respecting all safety standards.

Para la ejecución de coberturas sobre grandes espacios, se suelen utilizar soluciones de estructura metálica, como ejemplo, los techos de instalaciones deportivas y espacios industriales o comerciales, en estos casos, el principal desafío para el diseñador es crear una solución estructural que cumpla con todos los requisitos de diseño, arquitectónicos y de ejecución al menor costo posible. Por esta razón, el objetivo de este proyecto es diseñar una estructura metálica con un puente grúa de una capacidad de 1 toneladas para el desmontaje de diferentes trabajos esforzados y alzamiento de peso, que se realiza en el taller soluciones metálicas estructurales., este sistema constructivo propuesto permite que la superficie edificada sea durable y resistente al paso del tiempo, contribuyendo a un mayor crecimiento social y sostenible. Por otro lado, además de la estructura instalada se fabricó e instalo un puente grúa con un instructivo de soldadura y un plan de izaje general que permitirá a los lectores estudiar el método de trabajo diseñado en este proyecto. La metodología investigativa usada en este trabajo fue del tipo descriptivo, donde mediante encuestas a los estudiantes de la carrera de mecánica industrial y empresas dentro del gremio se identificó la importancia de realizar proyectos de construcción con estructuras metálicas que contengan un buen instructivo de trabajo para realizar una obra integral, respetando todas las normas de seguridad.
