Abstract:
This project is based on the need to implement an electrical transfer system
required in the industry and focused as such on the poor reliability provided by the
electric company to the country with the electric service for this has been designed
a manual - automatic transfer board for domestic use with the help of an automatic
transfer switch of the W2R series which will make the change from the commercial
network to the backup network (solar panels), In case there is a cut on the part of
the company that supplies the electric fluid, in addition three thermal keys or
breakers of the CHINT brand of 6 amperes each were used as protection for the
system and two pilot lights to indicate the operation of the commercial network or
the backup source. This transfer system also has the option to implement more
elements as a method of protection for practical operation of processes already in
the industrial field since the automatic transfer switch has an oversizing which
allows to run more loads to the required actions, the automatic transfer switch has
a manual selector with which you can make the change from source A (commercial
network) to source B (backup network). W2R series automatic transfer switch is
suitable for emergency power supply system with 50 or 60 Hz rated alternating
current, consists of compact structure, reliable in transfer, convenient in installation
and maintenance and has a long service life.

El presente proyecto está basado en la necesidad de implementar un sistema
de transferencia eléctrica requerida en la industria y enfocada como tal en la escasa
confiabilidad proporcionada por la empresa eléctrica hacía el país con el servicio
eléctrico para esto se ha diseñado un tablero de transferencia manual – automático
para uso doméstico con la ayuda de un Interruptor de transferencia automática de la
serie W2R el cual hará el cambio de la red comercial a la red de respaldo (Paneles
solares), en caso de que haya un corte por parte de la empresa que abastece el fluido
eléctrico, además se ocupó tres llaves térmicas o breakers de la marca CHINT de 6
amperios cada una como protección para el sistema y dos luces piloto para indicar
el funcionamiento de la red comercial o la fuente de respaldo. Este sistema de
transferencia también tiene la opción de implementar más elementos como método
de protección para realizar prácticas de funcionamiento de procesos ya en el campo
industrial ya que él Interruptor de transferencia automática tiene un sobre
dimensionamiento el cual permite ejecutar más cargas a las acciones requeridas, el
Interruptor de transferencia automática dispone de un selector manual con el cual
se podrá hacer el cambio de la fuente A (Red comercial) hacia la fuente B (Red de
respaldo). El Interruptor de transferencia automática de la serie W2R es el adecuado
para el sistema de suministro de energía de emergencia con 50 o 60 Hz de corriente
alterna nominal, consta de una estructura compacta, confiable en transferencia,
conveniente en instalación y mantenimiento y tiene una larga vida útil.
