Abstract:
The project consists of the design of a control system for stepper motors through a Delta PLC, which allows to develop variable changes for the operation of the rewinding of single-phase transformers and concentric windings and imbricated of three-phase motors. These variables are changed and manipulated by an HMI (Human Machine Interface), which facilitates the change of inputs such as: winding time, automatic counting of the number of turns, speed of rotation and automatic stop.
The PLC programming is developed through a Ladder language that allows the actions of the automatic winding machine and the software used in the HMI programming is OP Series Edit Tool which provides the interaction tools for the variables changing. The PLC consists of a connection to the HMI screen via Profinet from a communication cable configured for sending data, besides the cable used works linking the DB9 and PC2 connectors (minidin).

El proyecto consiste en el diseño de un sistema de control para motores paso a paso mediante un PLC Delta, en la cual permita desarrollar cambio de variables para el funcionamiento del rebobinado de transformadores monofásico y bobinados concéntricos e imbricados de motores trifásicos. Estas variables son cambiadas y manipuladas por un HMI (Interfaz Hombre Máquina), que facilita el cambio de entradas como: el tiempo de bobinado, el conteo automático de los números de vueltas, velocidad de giro y paro automático.
La programación del PLC está desarrollada a través de un lenguaje Ladder que permite las acciones de la bobinadora automática y el software utilizado en la programación del HMI es OP Series Edit Tool el cual brinda las herramientas de interacción para el cambio de variables. El PLC consta de una conexión a la pantalla HMI vía Profinet a partir de un cable de comunicación configurado para el envió de datos, además el cable utilizado trabaja enlazando los conectores DB9 y PC2 (minidin).
