Análisis de los emprendimientos informales y aplicación de procesos administrativos para lograr formalizar a una organización.

Abstract

This research was done, with the theme of informal entrepreneurship in the country, where it has been a problem, due to some factors prevent the formalization of business within the city of Quito, which has resulted in the enterprises carrying out their activities without having the legal establishments imposed by law to establish a business within the Metropolitan District of Quito. The main objective of this project was to analyze informal enterprises and their factors that influence formalization, through an administrative process in order to comply with municipal ordinances, aimed at citizens of the Carmen sector. The following research methodology was used which was mixed, where it was used to collect information on the problem, helped us to conduct an in-depth analysis, to know its environment, to establish varials, to determine its causes of informality in Ecuador, to collect data from the surveys, to know the socio-economic reality and also to know the link between the informality of the inhabitants of the sector, the technique that was used was the surveys and interviews to informal enterprises of the Carmen sector. The main conclusion was that most of the businesses are informal, due to the little knowledge that the inhabitants have and interest in the metropolitan district of Quito, so we have sought to implement a strategy where it will help, where its organizational structure was determined and where it was that a training manual for the "El Salto" enterprise was developed, able to provide an important guide for its growth and for all types of enterprises, helping them improve their business philosophy by opening up new opportunities in the market.
