Diseño de un manual de políticas ocupacionales para la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito La Nueva Jerusalén.

Abstract

This research project shows a study in the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito La Nueva Jerusalén, for the elaboration of the Design of an Occupational Policies Manual. This institution is dedicated to financial intermediation, providing products and services according to the needs of its members, and is controlled and supervised by the Superintendence of Popular and Solidarity Economy (SEPS). On the other hand, this research refers more to the internal environment of the Cooperative, such as workers, seeking to improve their welfare and performance in the different areas of work. In order to achieve the objectives established in this research a survey was conducted, presenting a primary research approach, and once applied, the results show that several errors in occupational health were detected within the same, which in cases are found with a regular mood and has overloaded activities, causing work stress. It was stated that the implementation of the Occupational Policies Manual provided support to the person in charge of occupational health and safety at the Cooperative, and improved the processes in terms of cleanliness and hygiene in the workplaces, and it was socialized so that the collaborators know their rights and obligations within the institution. Finally, it was recommended that occupational health and safety training be conducted to invite personnel to work in accordance with the Occupational Policy Manual in their place of work, thus maintaining continuous improvement in the institution and generating maximum productivity in the activities carried out daily.
