Abstract:
The objective of this research work is to demonstrate the feasibility of opening a new branch of CYBER BIBLIOTK in the Quinindé canton, analyzing in detail the market, technical and economic financial study, it will be possible to know important aspects for the positioning of the same, the market study was the first step carried out, in which supply and demand were calculated with an estimated population projection of 2%, thus determining the unsatisfied demand that the business will be able to cover in the future, The market study was the first step, in which supply and demand were calculated with an estimated population projection of 2%, thus determining the unsatisfied demand that the business will be able to cover in the future. Once the three elements, market, technical and economic financial studies, were identified and calculated, it was possible to determine the feasibility, viability and profitability of the project.

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo demostrar la factibilidad que tendrá la apertura de una nueva sucursal de CYBER BIBLIOTK en el cantón Quinindé, analizando detalladamente el estudio de mercado, técnico y económico financiero, se podrá conocer aspectos importantes para el posicionamiento del mismo, el estudio de mercado fue el primer paso realizado, en este se calculó la oferta y demanda con una proyección poblacional estimada del 2%, determinando así la demanda insatisfecha, que el negocio podrá cubrir en un fututo, de la misma a través del método por puntos, se identificaron los aspectos para el funcionamiento y operatividad de la nueva sucursal, estableciendo factores como, localización óptima, equipos, mercadería, y tamaño. Por último, el estudio económico financiero permitió conocer la relación beneficio costo que se tendrá por la inversión realizada.
Una vez identificado los tres elementos, estudio de mercado, técnico y económico financiero, mediante sus debidos cálculos, se pudo determinar que existe factibilidad, viabilidad y rentabilidad en el proyecto.
