Análisis del Servicio Turístico que Ofertan los guías de Deportes Extremos en el Cantón Baños de Agua Santa.

Abstract

The present work of titulation refers to the analysis of the tourist services offered by extreme sports guides in Baños of Agua Santa city, through this investigation each of the extreme sports that is performed in the place, where it is described, is deepened strengthens the relationship with the research problem, in addition to the theoretical framework for an outstanding understanding of the subject. The methodology that was used was a descriptive investigation which is based on conducting surveys to measure the degree of satisfaction of tourists visiting the place, primary and secondary sources were also used for the development of the document. And in this way recognize the differences of a local guide, a national guide and a specialized guide in adventure, in addition to the scope and importance that they provide in the provision of the service. With the analysis and interpretation of the results in the surveys carried out, the lack of knowledge is established at the time of providing the service, which affects the quality management and the influx of visitors to the potential tourist destination that Baños can transform.
