Revalorización del pueblo Cañarí mediante una guía informativa con base a lugares de relevancia histórica - arqueológica en la provincia del Cañar.

Abstract

This practical research project was carried out in the province of Cañar, with the purpose of helping the revaluation of the Cañari people, through the creation of an informative guide based on places of both historical and archaeological relevance in the province. That is why this work focused on the bibliographic study on the history and identity of these people. The Cañari people represent one of the most important parts of our history, to determine our current cultural identity, they have survived many changes throughout history, and have tried to remain until today, unfortunately in recent years they have lost this empowerment to protect and preserve this identity, thus diminishing the great cultural potential it has. The informative guide aims to achieve, through all the information that was previously studied, analyzed and selected, contribute to more people know about the most important facts, acts or actions that arose thanks to these people, and together with this give greater cultural value to historical or archaeological sites that unfortunately are barely known and that for this factor have been losing their importance today. This guide is intended to be practical and dynamic for tourists and the community in general, so that thanks to all this knowledge they can continue to form and at the same time preserve the identity of our country.
