Abstract:
In recent years, competition robotics has been presented more frequently due to the
greater acceptance in the country, since there are several national and international
competitions. For this reason, this project focuses on the improvement of existing
line tracker robots prototypes.
Therefore, this project implements and develops a line tracker robot
considering the required specifications of design, locomotion, for its correct
displacement a PID controller will be implemented to calibrate the robot wirelessly
through a Wi-Fi network and improve its performance in competition to achieve the
objectives set and overcome them as it develops on the track.
In the electronic design of the prototype, there is a control system, a sensory
detection system and a force system that allows control of the motors in a simple
but precise way. For the mechanical design of the line tracker robot, the
environment in which it will be exhibited in competition is taking as the first thing,
hence the total weight of the elements with the assembled chassis is extremely
important, since this will determine the shape of the chassis where and how to locate
the electronic elements, the type of tires to use and the motors.

En los últimos años, la robótica de competencia se ha presentado con más frecuencia
debido a la mayor acogida en el país, ya que se desarrollan varios concursos
nacionales e internacionales. Debido a esta razón, el presente proyecto se enfoca al
mejoramiento de los prototipos de robots seguidores de línea velocista ya existentes.
Por ello, en el presente proyecto se implementa y desarrolla un robot
seguidor de línea velocista considerando las especificaciones requeridas de diseño,
locomoción, para su correcto desplazamiento se implementará un controlador PID
que permita calibrar el robot de manera inalámbrica mediante una red wifi y que
mejore su rendimiento en competencia para que logre los objetivos planteados y los
supere conforme se desarrolla en pista.
En el diseño electrónico del prototipo, se considera un sistema de control,
un sistema de detección sensorial y un sistema de fuerza que permita controlar los
motores de forma sencilla, pero precisa. Para el diseño mecánico del robot seguidor
de línea se considera el ambiente en que se va a exponer en competencia, por ello
el peso total de los elementos con el chasis ensamblado es sumamente importante,
ya que así se determinara la forma del chasis donde y como se puedan ubicar los
elementos electrónicos, el tipo de llantas a usar y los motores.
