For this reason, the present project, focused on the academic management module for teaching staff, seeks to implement a module within the system that allows teachers and institutional authorities to access, view, create, and manipulate student information and their scores throughout the academic period. This project addresses the institution s problems and needs by identifying the administrative processes, regulations, and requirements that will provide an effective solution to the current issues. The system was developed using the PHP programming language and the CodeIgniter framework, thus ensuring a robust and easy to maintain environment. The methodology used for the execution of the project was based on a combination of two approaches. documentary and experimental. The documentary research focused on gathering and analyzing information, while the choice of the Scrum development methodology in the experimental phase was based on the delivery of successive increments. This was intended to provide early feedback and the ability to make adjustments quickly and agilely. El propósito central de este proyecto consiste en optimizar las tareas diarias del inspector mediante la creación de una plataforma eficiente y específicamente adaptada a sus necesidades. Solano Bone, Jean Steven The present research project aimed at developing a web application in the cloud that allows information management to improve the information search process of Eloy Alfaro District 17D06. For this purpose, a quantitative research method was used, on top of that, a documentary analysis to theoretically support this research project and thus diagnose the current process was carried out. By the same token, several interviews and surveys were applied to the administrative personnel. Lastly, from the diagnosis carried out, the proposal was developed by means of SCRUM, in addition, a Framework by Laravel that will help us improve code generation was used, the technique of the model, view, and controller that belongs to a system for access and approval of software will be used as well. Furthermore, the AdminLTE template along with SweetAlert popup boxes will be used for a better presentation of the project being more comfortable for the user. In addition to this, Node.js was implemented in the project for a better system optimization both on a visual and functional level in regard to the implementation of CRUD in the system. In order to upload the system to the network, a virtualized server in Amazon AWS along with the use of GitHub, NameCheap and Laravel Forge GitHub was used which helps us upload our project whereby we will be able to synchronize it with the Laravel Forge system. El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo desarrollar una aplicación Web en la nube que permita la administración de la información para mejorar el proceso de búsqueda de información del Distrito 17D06 Eloy Alfaro. Para ello, se utilizó un método de investigación cuantitativo además de se realizó un análisis documental para fundamentar teóricamente el estudio y así diagnosticar el proceso actual. De igual manera se realizaron entrevistas y encuestas a personal administrativo. Por último, a partir del diagnóstico realizado, se desarrolló la propuesta desarrollada mediante SCRUM, además de que se utilizó un Framework por parte de Laravel que nos ayudará a mejorar la generación de código, se usó la técnica del modelo, vista y controlador que corresponde a un sistema para el ingreso y aprobación del software en si se utilizará la plantilla AdminLTE junto con los cuadros SweetAlert para una mejor presentación del proyecto siendo más cómodo para el usuario, adicional a esto se implementó Node.js en el proyecto para una mejor optimización del sistema tanto a nivel visual como funcional respecto a la implementación del CRUD en el sistema. Para la carga del sistema a la red se usó un servidor virtualizado en Amazon AWS junto con el uso de GitHub, NameCheap y Laravel Forge GitHub nos ayuda a subir nuestro proyecto con el cual podremos sincronizar con el sistema de Laravel Forge.
