dc.description El presente trabajo investigativo tiene la finalidad de diseñar un plan de marketing eficaz, viable, detallado y estructurado para la empresa Daphone, que permitan obtener resultados positivos y la ambición de expandirse por toda la ciudad dentro de un mercado tecnológico muy competitivo, satisfaciendo de manera completa todas las necesidades de sus clientes. Al analizar las 4P del Marketing (producto, precio, plaza, promoción), se plantean estrategias con la finalidad de incrementar las ventas y obtener fidelidad en la clientela de la empresa, mediante la innovación de la mercadería, ofreciendo los precios más bajos con respecto a la competencia, tratando de satisfacer las necesidades o requerimientos de los clientes, con la correcta adaptación de nuevas estrategias que permitan el crecimiento de sus ingresos netos y así convertirse en un negocio productivo ya que en la actualidad la tecnología ha tenido un impacto positivo en las empresas, realizando promociones para hacer atractivo el producto. El plan de marketing ejecutado tendrá grandes beneficios para la organización y los clientes, sin necesidad de invertir grandes cantidades de dinero, aprovechando los recursos y medios tecnológicos que son clave fundamental para el crecimiento, el comercio electrónico se ha convertido en una herramienta primordial para la comercialización de productos, generando que la empresa Daphone pueda ofertar toda su mercadería y servicios a un mercado más amplio. spa
dc.description.abstract An effective, viable, detailed and structured marketing plan was developed, which allowed obtaining very positive results through the implementation of the marketing plan for the company Daphone, within a market as competitive as the technology market. The current situation of the company was described, knowing the portfolio of products and services offered, in addition, different analyses were made, which allowed to know the environment in which the company operates, such as the SWOT analysis. By analyzing the 4Ps of Marketing (product, price, place, promotion), strategies were established in order to increase sales and obtain customer loyalty. By innovating the merchandise, establishing the lowest prices with respect to the competition, trying to satisfy the needs or requirements of the clients and carrying out frequent promotions to make the product more attractive. The marketing plan proposed and executed will have great benefits for the organization and for the clients, without the need to invest so much money, since the technological means were taken advantage of, in the same way it was recommended to follow the strategies proposed to the employees, taking into account that while there are motivated workers they are more productive in a company. plan will be obtained in the company Daphone innovation and mobile technology, raising the estimated budget to meet the strategies and marketing plan, financial statements will be prepared by applying the established strategies, we will also rely on a future projection, according to the trend of people. spa
