Abstract

Community tourism is a type of cultural tourism that has generated tourism initiatives that strengthen the social sphere and cultural heritage, promoting sustainable development of communities.For this reason, it is essential to develop, manage, promote and create tourism in sites of great cultural heritage that are oriented towards the valuation of cultural and environmental aspects in order to strengthen and safeguard the cultural identity of our communities. This is why we have taken the initiative to create a technical management guide for the process of registration and creation of projects in community tourism centers with an expressive cultural approach it is intended to be a support, help and or basis for those projects with the intention of becoming a Community Tourism Center. The guide formulates the list of documents required from the entities in the process of formation, as well as the time frame in which they must be submitted. This will help to have an example of what should be done and will avoid a repetitive series of mistakes when creating or establishing community tourism centers.
