The project developed below is related to the creation of a water recycling system,
both pluvial and residual, prioritizing the reuse of the liquid in new tasks inherent
to the residential sector, automatically, before being completely discarded. In order
to fulfill this objective, a deep bibliographical investigation was started to determine
the most suitable system to install, as a result of this, the use of the Arduino system
was chosen and complementary accessories such as ultrasonic sensor and relay
module, which will be in charge of the transport and storage of the recycled liquid,
after circulating through a collection and treatment process, the latter in the case of
wastewater; in addition to the use of suitable hydraulic, mechanical and electrical
components for the correct functioning of the system. For the design of the water
recycling system, different types of electrical and electronic plans and diagrams
were developed, for which, design, programming and simulation software such as
AutoCAD, Arduino and Proteus were used respectively. The use of the developed
plans, favored the system construction process to have less complexity and also
avoid wasting time and resources. Once the construction is finished and after
carrying out performance tests and measurement of variables, it is concluded that
the built system offers optimal results in the water recycling system, thus satisfying
the user's needs. Finally, it can be mentioned that the system offers great utility to
the residential area since it allows a lower consumption of drinking water, a
significant reduction in the economic cost and, in turn, contributes positively to the
care of the environment and its resources. |
